Karma points can be used and earned in many different ways. We feel the best use of your points is to donate them to important social and environmental causes on www.commoncauses.com. One Karma point equals one dollar. You swell your balance by inviting your friends, on purchases you make, and by participating in the community. You can check your points balance under My Account. You can also transfer points to friends.
How do the private sales work?
Common Threads inspires human-powered adventure by delivering member-exclusive 72-hour sales on premium brands, hand-picked by our team of fellow enthusiasts and experts who share our passion for the riding community. Our sales feature the gear you need, up to 70% below retail, and change every three days. We’ll announce each event via email before it starts so you can get your gear before it’s gone! The sales begin at Noon on the specified day.
Membership to Common Threads is free but by invitation only, so get a friend to send you an invite. You can also check with our partners or your local core shop for an invite. You will receive 10 Karma points if you invite a friend who makes a purchase. Please allow 48 hours for the points to post to your account.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. You can order over the phone by calling Customer Service at 813-767-4523.
How long until I get my order?
Shipping times vary with each sale. Some items may ship same day, if your order is placed before 11 am EST. For other items it may take longer to get your threads. A confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent when your item ships. Deliveries to home addresses occur Monday through Saturday. Please refer to the information in each sale for estimated shipping times or call Customer Service at 1-813-767-4523 between 8am and 5pm Easter Standard Time to check.

How do I contact customer service?

You can send us an email at support@commonthreads.com with the subject line Unsubscribe. We will remove the address from which the email was sent. Also, at the bottom of every email we send is a link titled "Unsubscribe." Clicking that link will open a new web browser and with an unsubscribed confirmation message. You will no longer receive email from Common Threads after clicking the unsubscribe link, but you can still keep track of our happenings by following our facebook or twitter pages, or by logging in from time to time.
How do I cancel my membership?
While we can not possibly imagine why someone would want to do that, we realize that some folks may prefer to skip it all. If that's you, send a message with your full name and the email address you used to register with the subject line Cancel to: support@commonthreads.com
How do I become a Common Threads vendor?
Common Threads is open source. If you have the goods and want to sell in the marketplace please complete our Vendor Registration Form. We thank you for your interest and once it is submitted we will be in touch.
